Getting creative with my ferments!
I have 10 varieties of hot sauces that I make and sell on a regular basis (as a glorified hobby), but sometimes I like to do “limited runs” of small batches whenever I get a fun idea that I want to try out. Here are three of my latest creations:
1) dill pickle (green cayenne peppers) 2) roasted corn (green Thai chilies) 3) blueberry, mango, basil (red Thai chilies)
