To the drivers who rearrange packages after ph load?

How are you sorting them? There’s a few drivers who rearrange on my van line even though I load them properly and neat. Some drivers like the way I load and some (the rearrangers) tell me I do good even though they rearrange.

I shouldn’t worry since I’m told I do good right? But there are a few loaders who get praised when they load the rearranger’s trucks by them. So I’m just wondering wtf they’re doing differently..loading by area codes? Addresses?? And one of the guys who go praises is new, he got here about a month ago and I had to help him learn how to use the scanner.

I’m asking because really I wanna do this one driver a favor and load it without him having to come in and touch anything. Everyone always ends up stacking out his truck when he gets there since he’s in there rearranging, except when the new hire and another guy loaded. I do plan on asking him the next time I load his truck, whenever that is. Thanks
