FTX support and Kroll ignoring me.
Hi,
I'm a UK customer, and I've been trying to contact FTX support for over a year to have the 2FA removed from my account. I can log in fine with my email and password, but I no longer have access to the device that held the 2FA, so I’m completely locked out of my account.
I need to update my tax details within 90 days, or I won’t receive my distribution. I’ve sent around 50 emails to FTX support over the past year, but they’ve completely ignored me. I’m now at a point where I’m desperate and have emailed every FTX- and Kroll-related contact I can find.
At this stage, it feels like they’re deliberately ignoring people and hoping to withhold our distributions.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
