Can I stack Trulieve renewal discount with the regular sales on their website?

Sorry if this has been asked I tried searching and couldn’t find anything. For the $75 off promo is it on the full price of the product of the discounted price shown online? If a cartridge is $50 but on sale for $25 which price is charged. I’m asking because the first time promo is only on full priced items.
