is not knowing how to talk to the opposite sex considered a developmental problem???

I feel like I never developed this ability at all. At the same time I have never been diagnosed with anything. I dont know whats wrong with me. I feel like a lot of guys here . If they were able to get a girl who was interested in them to standstill in their company. They would know what to say. They would know what to do. However with me, my mind literally goes blank. Its like I'm a car without the engine when I am around women. Now there have been some women at work who were outgoing and very easy to talk to . They make it easy to talk to them. And they dont know that you are FA. They don't know anything about you. They only see you as a human being. But even with them. It gets weird . Because I noticed a lot of them are only extremely friendly around you at work. One such incident occured when I happened to be at the grocery store at the same time as a friendly co-worker and she did everything to avoid me. All I was going to do was say Hi , like I would with a male co-worker. However she made it obvious that she did not want me to see her. It was kind of crazy because she always stopped by my desk to chit chat.
