accidentally stained pump parts orange. please help!

i have NEVER before put my pump parts in the dishwasher before but we were packing and the sink was full with bottles and pumps and i thought it would be easier. what i hadn’t realize was there was a pot with pasta sauce in the dishwasher too. ugh.

i have tried soap, baking soda, vinegar, & boiling water and nothing helped. both pumps and all the nipples are orange and ik it’s clean but i still feel bad making my baby drink out of it?

is there anything i can do or do i just replace it all?
