Suddenly less supply from one breast?

Hi!

I noticed on the last 3 days (day 3 being today) that my right boob seems to be giving me less milk. However, I can feel that it isn’t fully empty. It just stopped “spraying?” properly and the milk is not coming out.

I usually get almost the same amount from both boobs, something that makes me happy since I have twins. This is driving me crazy though, I am barely making enough for both babies each pump session.

I don’t think it is my pump parts. I am looking to buy another kind of flange (between lacteck, pumping pals and liquid shield - any input?) because sometimes I feel like my nipple just adapts to whatever size flange I have.

Nipple size is 15mm (almost 16 mm). Same size for both boobs. Sized to 17mm flange originally but it was hurting so then LC had me try 19mm, it worked for a while but it wasn’t emptying me. LC had me try 17mm again and this time it has been comfortable, I also get more milk with this size. It was all going well until 3 days ago.

Has this happened to anyone? What helped you? I feel like if I don’t find a solution I might get a clogged duct soon.
