Potentially dumb question from new Minmatar player

I have a Minmatar mining character, and I'm making a lot of ISK by my standards.

However, after playing around with Caldari, I love their missile boats.

Is there any world where it makes sense to mine and manufacture missiles in Minmatar space, and Haul them all the way to Caldari space?
