It’s official exeq navy best ship in the game

With the changes to the exeq navy a while back it's gone from 128th all time to 3rd. It's cheap price coupled with high damage AND mobility AND tank has resulted in the ugly ship surging higher and higher on the kill boards. The changes will have the exeq navy at number 1 very soon.
