gila or praxis in angels spaces for alpha

i have using praxis for ratting ,able to do haven but it not really better tick from forsaken hub and loss to Dreadnought so i think i will step back to hub for now .In hub i dont know if a gila with navy medium drone will aply dps better to make tick not drop so bad from praxis.Also if anyone have a fit about 300-350mil for alpha pilot gila pls share
