How to end conversation with a customer?
Though I'm much better & more comfortable w/customer service now that I was at the start, I'm still clueless when it comes to ending a conversation with a customer!
I responded to their question and they replied something along the lines of 'Thanks for the help, I'll place an order. Your reviews are very good so it should arrive safely!'
Do I then need to respond again? Something as simple as 'you're very welcome, take care', or do I not need to have the last word? What would you say?
Idk why I've always struggled with this cause it's such a minor thing haha, but I've always been curious about it! Anyway, help is much appreciated :)
