Do you think Bug and cheaters will eventually turn this game into Co-op?[cheating]

I've been playing this game for a while and have noticed a trend.Every wipe since 2019, mid wipe would come sooner and sooner and with it more and more cheaters. Now, add the addition of Arena and then PvE and it's been coming even quicker. What realistically can BSG do to save PvP. Everyone says Battleye sucks, if that's the case than why not simply try another Anti-cheat? What am I missing? Especially since they just upgraded unity, I figured they would have more ammo to deal with cheaters..But it seems it's not their top priority. Maybe, they will be forced to just do Co-op and focus on that aspect of the game and make it better..who knows
