i got my account back within 5days (i love epic)

i send them a email recovery request 5 days ago i recieved about two email from them one saying they are proccecing my request and yesterday they said that the epic support team is having a lot of request and they can't deal with mine now but maybe later i woke up today and i found 3 email sent the first says we are sorry for our support second for restarting my password and thirs is below
