Ever feel like firing everyone and starting over?

I launched my SaaS business 6 months ago, but progress has been painfully slow. With my other businesses, it didn’t take this long to gain traction. Maybe it’s just the nature of online based startups, but I can’t help wishing things were moving faster.

I’ve done the market research, and I know my product is a good fit. It solves a real problem. So why isn’t it taking off?

A business analyst suggested replacing my team with people who can deliver better results. Honestly, I’ve considered it. But it’s tough because they helped me build this product from the ground up.

Then there’s the feedback about my developers. Apparently, my competitors’ websites are way better, and my team hasn’t been able to match or exceed that. Could that be why signups are so low?

I’ve also thought about switching up the marketing team. Some days, it feels like the only way forward is to start fresh with a whole new crew.

Would that make me a bad leader? Or just a practical one? I’m not sure, but it’s something I keep coming back to.

If you’ve been in this position, how did you handle it?
