How do you all stay fit while building a business?
Hey people. I’m really struggling to combine business and working out. I’m making my six figures and will expand even more, but I’m getting overweight. I gained 20 kg this year alone.
Basically I feel like my day is chaotic and urgent tasks are coming in all the time. And I end up working long hours, which leads to not having any energy for sport. Especially because I’m in my first year building a business
How do you go around it? Any tips on staying consistent even when the business make you super busy?
