Sexual instinct and phisical attractiveness

Im an sx/sp 4w3 i wanted to ask how do people with dominant sx instinct deal with being unattractive . I mean in a way their apperance is the foundation for their strongest emotional need which comes from being able to form romantic relationships and have sex and what do they do when they age ?
