Excruciating stomach cramps + back pain

Hi all! I’m experiencing really terrible stomach cramps - it feels like gnawing pain at my insides. I feel it in my belly button too. It’s been going on for over 6 hours and painkillers won’t help. I’ve also been experiencing some back pain with it. Has anyone ever experienced this?

I took a peppermint capsule and De-gas tablet first thing when I woke up.

Update - I think it may be gastritis, the pain is still going on over 12 hours and I have constant burping too.
