Endo belly 🥲

Hi all! I have undiagnosed endo (I really didn’t want to go through the whole laparoscopy process). I’ve been on BC for almost two years, recently moved to Zoely.

One of my worst symptoms is endo belly 🥲 it’s always prominent during my last 8 pills of my pack before the sugar ones. What are your remedies for your endo belly?

I have peppermint capsules/ tea and also De-gas tablets.
