Wife’s ovary? ultrasound

Basically my wife and I have been trying for a few years to get pregnant. Recently she’s had a long period, which has been on going for a month now. Her doctor sent her for an ultrasound. Before my wife left she snapped a shot of the screen. This she said is just a portion of the images took but she could only get these ones while left alone. I know we will hear soon what’s up, but I wanted to see if anyone has any idea about this type of thing. Just nervous. Thanks.
