Lost keys down a shaft.

Hey everyone. I’m kind of embarrassed and made a mistake. I live in an apartment building in Chicago and made the unfortunate error of dropping my keys (down the shaft they fell 3-4 floors max). I was wondering if anyone knows around about how much it costs for apartment companies to call for an emergency elevator issue to retrieve them. Or if it would be cheaper to call a locksmith and make new keys?

For context I was informed that they do have people come and they will drop off when they find it but it’s random and depends on when the maintenance company will be coming (talking to the person downstairs in the lobby).

This is the dumbest thing I have done and I just wanted to ask so I know what to expect for tomorrow.
