Have things improved or gotten worse?

I’ve work in service sales, for a one of the four major elevator company’s, for 5 years now.

During my time here; almost every mechanic I’ve talked with has told me that the company’s service to our customers has gotten so much worse than it used to be 5-10 years ago.

For my mechanics out there; do you feel the same is true at the company you work for?
