Is just buying a new scooter worth it?
I bought a second hand Ninebot Kickscooter F25 for $200 off of a friend a few months ago. I use it to commute to my job 6 miles away. I can get there with about half battery left but on the way back I have to start walking back within a mile or two of my home. It's annoying but it's better than straight up biking there, especially in the heat where I live.
Now, I have to replace the back tire tube and the battery was acting funny but that could've just been the tire. I don't have the tools (or the money and room for them) or the time to replace it myself so I have to outsource it. Basically, it'll cost me around what I paid for it in order to fix it. My question is, is it worth fixing or should I sell it as is and try to get a different scooter with better range?
