Nanrobot D4 error 07

hey yall i drove it with the rear suspension badly assembled, my rear motor wire is showing damage and im reading an error 07. is it possible switching out the read and front motors (& tires) would be a good temporary fix? my rear motor is not operable so I’d just be riding with one. please help i screwed up
