The knight dark storveil room ps5

I figured out you can chees it but I really don't want to. This guy seems impossible for me. He is harder than the boss fight before it because that guy on my level I could brute force.

I just want some tips/how you did it. The attack where it looks like a hurricane under his feet it seems ppl online parry or dash out of? Which one is it?

The guy literally get one hit on you and I'm done because I'm like staggered for his next moves.
