Show me your paint schemes

Sooooo. With my hoarding capabilities, ive acquired myself a decent eldar army without having taken any time to look for a paint scheme. Im going to try my very best (decent painter) on this army since i know how beautiful good paintjobs on eldar are. So my question to you; Please show me your best work on paint schemes and convince me that yours is the best (the winner/one that i will copy blatantly will get your name on my model or some weird fluff)
