Is anyone else having stomach issues on Effexor?

I’ve been on Effexor for years. But for several months I have been having stomach issues like nausea, abdominal cramping and diarrhea. My doctor just increased my dose a week or two ago from 75mg to 150mg and I noticed after I started taking the 150mg my stomach issues got worse. I have been to the stomach doctor and got some tests like a endoscopy and a Hida scan to make sure nothing is going on with my stomach. But the doctors couldn’t find anything wrong with my stomach or gallbladder. Everything is fine. So I’m wondering do you guys think the stomach issues are related to Effexor? I would ask my psychiatrist but I don’t have an appointment with her for like 4 weeks and outside of appointments she is literally impossible to get a hold of.
