Which Chinese takeaway is the most salty and filthy?

Yet to have a great Chinese in Edinburgh. They're all alright but play it pretty safe with their salt and spice. I need a salt and chilli that makes my blood pressure go up just ordering it. Crystallised in salt and MSG, covered in layers ofgreen and red chillis. No heartburn, no party.

Bonus points if they do battered salt and pepper chips too
