Need Help Verifying Bank Account on eBay

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble verifying my bank account on eBay, and I was hoping someone here might have some advice.

Here’s the issue:

  • Every time I enter my bank details, the app just redirects me back to the same page with no confirmation.
  • Recently, I got a new window with the message “Add payment method” underlined, but the link isn’t clickable, so I can’t do anything.

I’ve double-checked all my bank details, and they’re correct. It’s super frustrating because I can’t figure out what’s wrong, and it’s stopping me from using the platform properly.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Should I contact eBay support and ask them to verify my account manually? Or is there a workaround for this?
