Hi Redditors! How do you improve English speaking skills?

I’m non-native English speaker, from Western Europe and I’m struggling with pronunciation and speaking in English. I’ve tried talking to ChatGPT (lol) but it doesn’t really help me and it’s just not the same as speaking with someone in real-time.

I am looking for something that can help me improve english speaking and also improve my accent. I work a lot and don’t have time for a tutor. Just something I can use on my own to practice and get better...
