Does annihilator 2 on turn 4 belong in Casual?

I wanted to try out a new deck, and warned everyone in advance that I'm not sure about the powerlevel, I accidentally drew the perfect hand at the start of the game, which allowed me to play It that betrays on turn 4, and the other players on the table became angry because of it. Personally I believe someone could remove it and that it's merely 1 creature, but yeah...
