Bmw e90 n52 AT rom drop below 500rpm when braking

So i have BMW e90 325xi(n52) AT. When i use break rpm drop below 500rpm and feels like it will shut down . Couple of time car shut down also. Braking is fine, no stiff break pedal or anything. I did a small test, and tried,before braking, to put in neutral and break. It seems that rpm drop doesn’t happens but I am not 100% sure because i don’t want to break something with this “test”. Also sometimes i have hard shifting(in sport and “regular” or drive mode)

Tried to rested adaptations, it helps for couple of days and return back as before.

So is my transmission f***** or could be something else. One time when car shut down i had error code for exhaust vanos solenoid-I clear the code and solenoid it never happened again. Can Vanos solenoid cause this kind of problem ?

I have some codes stored related to ccc unit only.
