How to Move Forward with this team

So Trying to game plan one of my Dynasty Teams I adopted last year. (12 Team, Half PPR, No TEP. We just bumped the bench from 8 to 12) and I'm struggling with Vision Here is my team. Also, this league has 3 RB Hoarders that don't like to trade. So the RB room has been a struggle.

QB: Maye, Lawrence, Young
RB: Hubbard, Brooks (goodbye 2025 season....)
WR: London, Odunze, McMillan*, Bateman, Shaheed, Coker, Boutte, Tillman, Iosivas, Malik Washington*
TE: Kraft, Barner, Okonkwo, Strange, Wiley*

Draft: 1.01, 1.07, 2.01, 2.07, 4.01

My biggest question is the 1.01. A lot is dependent on where players get drafted and I wouldnt make any moves till closer to our draft, but should I draft Jeanty and pray for snaps and no injuries and that I can pick up some waiver wire RB? Do I trade back? The only other guy that has multiple 1st would be the 1.05 and 1.12. I really with they both were a couple spots higher.

My gut is to get Jeanty and depending on how the Draft goes and our draft goes. Try to get a WR at 1.07 and a TE at 2.01. I put all 3 Rookie TE over Craft if they go to the right team. 2.07 would just be BPA.
