Suggestions on a dualsport under 170kg kerb suitable for 2up (Germany / EU)

I (184cm 100kg) own a 1999 KTM LC4 640 (with a self made rally kit) since 4 years and as my only means of transportation, I did everything on it from long adventure rides (TET) to keeping up with my mates on their EXCs in hard Enduro. It's quite uncomfortable and it can potentially vibrate the shoulders out of my sockets but I just love the hooligan when everything works. My driving character is more on the rough & aggressive side of things. As it gets older, I've just been fixing the bike more than I'm riding it (electrical problems, exhaust rusted through the manifold, carburetor stuck, and the lost how's one) and the costs & time add up to a point that I might as well get an another bike which is reliable.

I'm looking for a sub 5k, <170kg, reliable to abuse, dual sport which could also be good for a pillion. Mostly going to use it to load it into my camper and drive south, so long distance capability is not currently on my mind.

You could suggest new motorcycles as well but none of the new ones really made me thrown my savings on it. If I would get something new, I would just go for the new KTM 690 Enduro with all the farkles but knowing myself, I don't want to shell out so much money for a motorcycle and love the freedom of dropping used motorcycles often.

PS: was at EICMA this year, loved the 2025 390 adventure rally but it looks a bit porky. I'm skeptical that it will be below 170kg fully fueled
