A huge win

I just wanted to share some wins. As I've stated before, I enjoy alcohol and really look forward to my first beer next Saturday.

I did DJ as a way to challenge myself primarily to see if I can do it. What I've learned is, though I don't have a problem with alcohol, I drink it too often. Drinking two Double IPAs Monday through Thursday then the weekend hits is not productive. The subtle way alcohol has become the norm has been eye opening.

More important high blood pressure runs in my family and something I am keenly aware of. Go figure I've been bright green since I've cut out the beer and booze.

I won't stop drinking beer but I can honestly head into February know that I have learned and that behaviors will change. They have to.
