What drugs have been detrimental in certain categories.

Financially: opioids. Easily drained thousands of dollars. Honestly pobably a couple tens of thousands over the years

Physically: alcohol. Ultrasound and liver function enzyme tests have confirmed it has caused liver damaged. It also gave me fatty weight, caused GI issues and has hurt my esophagus

Mentally: alcohol. At least when I've been hooked on opioids I'm more or less mentally okay. But when I'm on an alcohol bender...man that's just some dark shit

Relationship-wise: hard to say. Alcohol has ruined relationships for me but it also gave me the social confidence to gain relationships. But I'd have to say alcohol because the best relationships I gained were when I was sober. And my degenerate drunken side was what ruined them. Alcohol functioned as a double edged sword. Yes it gave me many fun times and friendships but it destroyed my most important ones that I didn't need alcohol to form in the first place
