Are downers/GABAergics really that bad for a party?

There's a big party coming up in a few days.

Don't have access to anything but downers. I had coke once, but it wasn't the party drug I imagined it to be, or atleast it was marketed as one. Got me pretty tweaky, tense and drove up agression. I couldn't imagine to be among people while on it, let alone enjoy a party. Pretty sure it was cut with something.

I know the worldst most popular drug, alcohol is a downer and GABAergic, consumed in gigantic quantities, but if you were to follow this sub, anyone here ruffles their nose when talking about downers + party.

I wonder if I'm missing out big time by sticking to downers and GABAergics.
