How do you leave dreams on command?

Usually sometimes when I have a dream that I don't like, (always a nightmare), I'd sometimes be able to leave the dream yk?

For me, what I do I literally picture the Roblox game leaving button. 💀

Usually I'd literally say out loud, "Escape, L, Enter", since those are the keys you press to leave a game in Roblox. Either that or it just shows up and I end up waking up or in a different dream.

I remember I had a dream whereas the world was flooding and I was in a car with my mom, as it nearly filled up I managed to leave, thru the roblox leave button.

Tonight, just woke up from so many dreams at once, I only left one that was kind of fckd up, a guy literally blown so many peoples heads up, and told us to go find something (I think it was like a game,) then there was this little girl and a grandmother, the girl ran off and the grandmother went after the girl that was probably her granddaughter, the girl screamed as she was getting chased after these bugs that ate a person into shreds, as the grandmother tried to help, but she ended up getting eaten too, (it was fckd I was aware enough to be like, "Yeah nah, I'm out.")

So I got outta there, but then I woke up but was like in between, was probably experiencing hypnagogia, or a little sleep paralysis, cause I couldn't move, was literally being held by someone in my bed, and then a creepy ass woman voice was like "were gonna make out, and then I'm gonna shove you into a silver cage."

Like what 💀

But anyways, the actual questions was just if you leave your dreams like this or something.
