Okay, I haven't been able to find a fic which I've been dying to read. I don't know whether the author deleted it or I'm just stupid

I don't remember much but it was SBI, and Tommy's a vigilante and the rest were heroes(or villains, I don't know). Also, Wilbur was depressed bc he had wings which Eret had cut off. Wilbur was trapped under rubble. Also, Tommy had the power to create hallucinations if I'm not wrong. Not sure who the author was. It was a long fic and I'm not sure if it was completed or not but it was above 20 chapters.
