are booboo caps/ stocking caps good for sleeping?

i have a durag and bonnet but both of these get hot/uncomfortable

the stocking cap feels just fine, the only downside is that it’s not silk it’s like a polyesterish material just wanted to kno if i should go back to the durag or bonnet or if it’s fine
