Ah Yes It Is Almost Time

CAPCOM just removed all changes made post launch from the non public version of the game.

Is this 'another one of those posts' ?
Hmm maybe this depends on which way you look at it of course.

Anyway people still seem to doubt the imminent reveal of Dragon's Dogma 2's Massive Expansion/DLC.
Well I am of course here to sway those doubts!

Just 5 hours ago as of writing, CAPCOM changed the Steam code to remove ALL post launch changes from the current non public version of the game.

This can literally only mean 1 thing, The new build of the game will make the old code redundant.
And in terms for us consumers this most likely can only mean that some form of Post Launch content is very much right around the corner.

CAPCOM has... over the past month and a half or so, Done nothing but testing as far as we can see on DD2.
The only reason so much testing with little else in between would be required is if they have new content to release.

Is this 100% confirmation, No of course not I can't give you that nor anyone else outside CAPCOM employees.

What I can give though is my 2 cents.
Which as opposed to some trolls or other people who may or may not be pretending to know.....

Anyway the short of it is:

-I have played Dragon's Dogma Online during it's service in it's entirety.
-I believe Dragon's Dogma 2 to be it's prequel (Or sequel depending on how you look at the cyclical nature of DD)
Dragon's Dogma 2 has quite a few references to Dragon's Dogma Online more so then it has to Dark Arisen funnily enough.
From withing the very first Trailers to in game and lore references.
The ending of DD2 could also perfectly line up with the start of the story of the MMO.

Now would CAPCOM re-release the MMO as is with updated graphics and mechanics?
Who could say, They could release it's contents as a seperate Single Player game... or in any form or capacity really.

I think it would be wise that if you are at all interested in Dragon's Dogma's future to put your Gaze toward the Game Awards.
Despite it's midnight airing for me I am watching this year.
