Anxious dog

I need help with my dog whenever I play video games she gets very anxious and starts to shake a lot. I’m not an angry person at all I never hit things or get mad and yell I just play for fun and mostly have excited fun type of loudness to it. When I play by myself which is rare she’s fine but it seems to be when I talk to my friends I’m literally any tone she gets very anxious and shaking, sometimes she’ll pee all over the floor because of it too. I give her lots of pets and treats and still nothing works. Whatever you got can be very helpful thank you!
