Share your Grand Caravan's High-Mileage

I have 218,000kms mileage on my Dodge Grand Caravan (2014 model) No mechanical issues at the moment (at least none that i am aware of), other then the ticking sound which is common with all such minivans.

Should i be worried. Curious to know how much have you guys managed to safely stretch your Grand Caravans.
