Need help with online dnd game

So normaly I like to give my players a metal coin everytime they gain a insperation. Mainly it keep the players in mind that they have it and can use it.
But online I can't really do that but I want to do something that gives the same feeling.

Also I want to make online dnd feel more in person. Like I already am going to keep camera on and I plan on making images and send them like cards. Like "I know A guy" card, maps and letters but I want to make it feel more like how you get something in your dnd game in person.

Edit: I am using foundry, Never really used it before but I am still traying to learn how it works
