What physical change would a human champion of Eilistraee go through?

Hello!

My current character in a campaign is a human Sune cleric that's being corrupted by Lolth while in the Underdark. My DM and I think that it's likely that she will be forsaken by Sune. We're thinking about her being "rescued" by Eilistraee, to then in the future become some sort of champion. Is this possible that this comes with some physical alteration? What could it look like? I'm a fan of physical changes whenever a character goes through a major transformation
