Pension or Property?

My wife has offered to take the home and her car and the rest stays mine. She would also take over the last 70,000 owed on the house. I do have a pension that was paid into the full time of our relationship, a truck just paid off, a second house that was a rental that owes 150000 on unfortunately it is next door so I can’t live in it as part of the agreement. It feels like a decent deal especially since even if we do 50/50 parenting the kids will have some sort of familiar home environment. Thoughts?
