Here's a question, what DON'T you like about Brennan's DMing?
Not trying to throw shade or be needlessly negative or throw shade or anything, of course. It's just that, as a relatively inexperienced D&D player who 100% learned how to play the game by watching D20, I tend to view Brennan's DMing as frankly archetypal, and just a masterclass in what good DMing looks like. And, of course, he's excellent and masterful.
That said, there are obviously many different styles and approaches to being a dungeon master. I'm curious to hear, especially from experienced DMs, what are some aspects of Brennan's style that you disagree with/would do differently?
