got scammed, paid via ownbank.

hi! need help or tips(?)

so i got scammed ₱615 today! and i paid via ownbank because they wanted me to send it to their ownbank account.

i opened to see that our convo had vanished and i can't contact them anymore 😂

was looking around the ownbank if paano makuha ulit yung money in case of something like this pero wala ako makita.

wondering if may nakakaalam kung paano sila icontact or if may live agent sila?

i have their full name, and the last 4 digits of their ownbank account.

i hope anyone can help me with this 🥲
