Gratitude and Reminder -1
I felt like penning this down so that I don't miss on this. I want to be grateful for the people who believe in me when I don't. Amidst all the negativity you tend to forget the nicest things that you hear.
"Along the course you are taking there might be fights with people. You might have feuds burn bridges with 4-5 people during this journey but remember how you might be a ray of hope for 1000s of people and imagine how they would pray for and look up to you"
"When I think about you I don't even add IF, I know that you will do whatever you set yourself onto. You have tremendous potential. You just need to be confident and look how the world will be there for you. You have achieved this feat , you can do more than you comprehend"
"People around you are genuinely here to support you! It is you and your inner negative self talking that is adding barriers and doubts. You are loved by everyone but yourself. "
"Be the best version of yourself and give yourself time to set to the schedule you are aiming. But remember you are changing a lifestyle and that would take time "
"Most of the time what is causing more harm to you than you realize is your negative self talk. What you say is reflected in your subconscious mind. Anything you say will be amplified to 100x. You need to believe in yourself and multiply your self worth. "
"You are the smartest person I know. If you won't be able to do it then I don't think anyone around me would. If you wont believe in yourself when others want to then how do you think you will do it?"
I am grateful to hear these positive reaffirmations when I needed them. From a day full of anxiety I have bounced back with positivity. Lets note all the positive things from now on okay?
You will do amazing. You need to love yourself and see how the world will follow.
