Great Grandmas Ring

inherited ring but don’t know much about it. Local jeweler said it was around 5.5 carats, but wondering if anyone has any idea about what kind of cut this is, or just anything about it or value? Would never sell it and plan on using it as my engagement ring but just curious :)
