Keep getting microfiber scratches while paint correcting my black car!!!

So I’m in the process of paint correcting my black car. I keep getting micro hazy scratches from the towel after I wipe off the polish residue after I’m done with the DA. I’m so frustrated I’ve tried everything. I bought eagle edge less rag company towels, and I started using ONR no rinse as a lubricant to remove the polish. I’ve been spraying a bunch and wiping super lightly and I still get the scratches!! Any ideas on what I could do or is this just the way it is with a black car sometime?
